Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in online ad sales or consulting.
- 4 years of experience in project management from conception to implementation stages.
- Experience working within digital marketing and vertical commerce ecosystems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in good networking, people management, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with strong knowledge of the online marketing landscape.
- Strong creative and investigative skills, able to break down problems and drive to solutions, both near and long-term.
- Proven track record of cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.

In this Hub Go-To-Market (GTM) role, you will be a partner to Large Customer Sales and act as the bridge of communications between our internal cross-functional stakeholders. By advocating for and testing new strategies and activations, you will support raising our ambition while staying strictly focused on customer needs. As part of the GTM organization, you will help identify opportunities for future growth and ensure the overarching success of our commercial initiatives.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Ireland: €94000 - €96000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead Hub GTM efforts to drive the adoption of our AI-powered solutions by shaping innovative and scalable activation go-to-market plans for the EMEA LCS Hub.
- Architect and implement efficient and effective operational processes and standardized frameworks to unify our go-to-market for our core product pillars.
- Deliver on projects that help accelerate business growth, customer success, and simplify complexity for our sales teams.
- Partner with Global, Central, and other GTM teams to help shape the future of LCS across systems, processes, annual business planning, and key sales initiatives.
