Business Program Manager, gTech Ads Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience with product strategy, technical product integration, or solution design in a client-facing role.
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Familiarity with Google's organizational structure and processes.
  • Track record of leading and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex, ambiguous topics to stories that spark an audience.
  • Exceptional business acumen, and long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

About the job

As a Business Program Manager, you will support gTech Ads Solutions Product CoEs. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the overall success of a dynamic organization. You will act as a trusted advisor, strategic thought partner, and drive engagement strategy and communication within the team. You will manage the team’s rhythm of business, ensuring seamless execution of events reviews and town halls, while also acting as a strategic advisor to our leadership. This is a chance to directly shape how we prioritize deliverables, streamline collaboration, and communicate our outlook and impact to our team and our stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executives by anticipating needs, supporting transformation, and deploying a prioritized stakeholder engagement framework with defined meeting cadences, regular feedback loops, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Direct the organization's rhythm of the business leading end-to-end execution for syncs, cross-functional leadership syncs, offsites, roundtables and town halls while enforcing discussion-focused agendas, timely pre-reads, clear objectives, and rigorous action-item tracking.
  • Form, drive, and evolve the core strategic narrative across Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), all-hands meetings, and leadership communications - proactively addressing resonance gaps, leading executive-ready content development, and maintaining a structured update cadence to amplify the team’s impact across the organization.
  • Foster strong connectivity across gTech Ads Solutions Product CoEs and partner organizations, meeting regularly with leadership team members to capture top-of-mind issues, resolve operational friction, and ensure unified execution across horizontal initiatives.
