Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with measurement products (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to completion in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with a track record of creative problem solving.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting complex topics to senior leaders.

The Global Product Solutions (GPS) team connects Google’s products with the market, fueling the innovation that keeps Google services free and accessible worldwide. By translating global needs into meaningful solutions, we drive tangible results for our partners.

As a member of this team, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, gTech, and Sales to commercialize Google Analytics (GA), a platform relied upon by millions of businesses to understand their customers across devices. You will equip users and internal teams with the tools needed to optimize platform usage and maximize business value. You will drive scaled activation and infrastructure horizontally, owning key commercialization workstreams while maintaining a big-picture view to connect strategic efforts. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to scale initiatives that enable users to achieve exceptional outcomes.

You will have creative problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to audiences. You should possess proven experience working directly with sales teams or clients, along with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects. If you are a strategic thinker who excels at connecting product innovation with market success, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Google Analytics.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $179000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global GTM strategies to drive advertiser adoption and activation of key GA capabilities. Develop and scale sales enablement resources, best practices, and training programs for Sales, Support (gTech), and partners to ensure successful deployment.
  • Foster platform-wide programs to maximize GA activation success, including third-party partner incentives, a comprehensive claims strategy, and internal success metrics/tracking.
  • Collaborate intra-team and with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic projects forward, including Sales, Product GTM, Product, gTech and Marketing.
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, translating customer needs and market feedback into product requirements and, conversely, articulating product capabilities and strategy to customers and sales teams.
  • Track and report on sales impact metrics and product roadmap progress to executive leadership across sales and product teams, driving cross-product area accountability to GA activation progress.
