We help educational systems modernize their environments and improve learning outcomes. Our mission is to empower everyone to learn and teach more effectively, securely, and collaboratively.

As the Digital Transformation Lead for EMEA, you will act as a key leader within Google for Education in the region. You will take full ownership of the regional strategy and impact while engaging in priority projects.

In this role, you will balance strategic account transformation (Named Account List) with scaled adoption across the region. You will support local teams on establishing end-to-end program plans, define product adoption roadmaps, track key metrics, and streamline cross-functional processes with Sales, Marketing, and Channels. Acting as a trusted authority, you will facilitate executive alignment, manage program risks, and foster a thriving Digital Transformation function to accelerate technology adoption in education.
