Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, consumer hardware, or growth marketing.
  • Experience leading end-to-end global product launches, lifecycle marketing initiatives, or go-to-market campaigns.
  • Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience marketing wearables, lifestyle consumer electronics, fashion-forward tech, or premium accessories.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools, solving business problems and streamlining workflows.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate consumer insights into business models and marketing briefs. Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related experience.
  • Storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate product value propositions to stakeholders.
  • Influencing skills, with success aligning leadership (Director+ and VP) across Product Management, Industrial Design, and Business Development.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial metrics, specifically attachment rates, average order value (AOV), and gross margins for a product portfolio.

About the job

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Fitbit Accessories and Special Editions, you will lead the goals and end-to-end global marketing strategy for accessory bands, charging solutions, and collaborative projects. These offerings serve as a critical driver of user personalization, lifestyle expression, and high-margin hardware business.

In this role, you will shape how our physical ecosystem integrates with brand identity and software to come to life for consumers. You will develop audience insights, long-term pricing structure, and complex go-to-market (GTM) execution across product lines. Additionally, you will serve as a key partner to executive leadership in Product Management, Industrial Design, business development, and regional commercial groups to influence future roadmaps and build an enticing, cohesive portfolio.Know the user. US: $171000 - $247000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of the global portfolio strategy, positioning, and value propositions, influencing the multi-year product roadmap.
  • Own and drive global Go-to-Market strategies for high-profile launches and collaborations, establishing marketing frameworks to guide creative resources.
  • Translate market trends and consumer data into recommendations for product design and business models.
  • Drive commercial success by partnering with Finance, Product Management, and Merchandising to optimize pricing, promotions, and portfolios to meet ambitious growth and business goals.
  • Lead and align complex cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Business Development, Legal, Regional) to ensure flawless execution of highly ambiguous programs.
