Sales Manager, Data and Measurement (English, French)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in sales coaching of account managers and partner account managers.
  • Experience with strategy and direct technical products and solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience driving change with executive stakeholders within your own and client organizations.
  • Experience influencing and building effective relationships cross-functionally in a complex matrixed, multinational organization.
  • Knowledge of Data, Measurement, Privacy, Media Effectiveness (Incrementality), and experience deploying measurement and media effectiveness initiatives and solutions.
  • Proven trajectory as a people manager and sales coach, with the ability to build a high-performing sales team and solid team culture while developing talent.
  • Track record of working with or for exceptional advertisers; considerable experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with local in-country leadership, hub EMEA Data and Measurement (D&M), and Large Customer Sales (LCS) to deliver the France business plan for D&M.
  • Lead the EMEA Partner audit pilot in the second half of 2026 with the ambition to further expand and roll out in 2027.
  • Participate, contribute, and lead as part of the EMEA LCS Data and Measurement hub management team.
  • Use coaching as a daily practice to develop your team’s sales skills and commercial acumen at every level of the organization.
  • Advocate a high-energy sales culture, acting as a trusted coach for our customers and teams to help define success.
