Product Deployment Engineer, Measurement (English, French)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, web analytics implementation, or customer-facing ad tech delivery.
  • Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, HTTP protocols, browser developer tools, cookies), tag management platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4), and SQL or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationships and technical discussions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience deploying Server-Side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) on cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and configuring Google Tag Gateway (GTG) or First-Party Mode.
  • Experience with first-party data pipelines, CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, BigQuery), and conversion ingestion (e.g., Google Ads Data Manager, Conversion APIs).
  • Knowledge of digital privacy regulations and consent frameworks (e.g., GDPR, TCF v2.2, Consent Mode v2).
  • Familiarity with Google advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360) and value-based bidding or smart bidding mechanics.
  • Code Evaluation (reading, auditing, refactoring client/AI scripts) and AI-First Rapid Prototyping.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical discovery and architectural audits across complex, multi-country digital properties to evaluate tracking architecture, tag health, consent frameworks, and first-party data readiness.
  • Configure and deploy durable Google measurement solutions.
  • Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines using Google Ads Data Manager, APIs, and lightweight scripting (Python, SQL, JavaScript) to connect CRM and offline conversion signals with Google advertising platforms.
  • Design and execute validation and QA test plans using browser debugging tools and API logs to troubleshoot edge cases, verify signal integrity, and ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Consent Mode v2).
  • Deliver technical documentation and enablement for client engineering teams, agencies, and internal cross-functional partners (Global EMs, Ads Solutions Engineering) to operationalize scalable blueprints and facilitate smooth handovers.
