Data Transformation Lead, Large Customer Sales, Agencies and Partners (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or adtech/martech consulting.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with agencies and partners or clients to identify technical challenges and opportunities, selling AdTech and MarTech solutions, and leading project planning.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering and cloud.
  • Deep technical expertise in architecting AI-driven data roadmaps and implementing Google's data workspace (GA4, EC, GTG) or measurement stack (MMM, Attribution, Incrementality Experiments, CM360).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain value-centric partnerships with C-level stakeholders (internal and external), driving trust through deep measurement knowledge.
  • Ability to translate complex AI and data frameworks into actionable business strategies for non-technical audiences.

As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL) on the Agency, Partners and Brand Solutions team, you will be at the forefront of driving digital maturity and AI transformation for some of Google's most relevant global partners. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, translating complex data and measurement needs into technical roadmaps that maximize Google Global Media Return on Investment (ROI). Your work will directly impact Google's growth by positioning us as the strategic AI partner of choice for future-ready marketing ecosystems.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Position Google as a partner of choice for AI transformation, collaborating with Analytical Leads to prove the impact of AI on creative, media, and measurement outcomes.
  • Act as a key technical advisor to business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear stories to influence executive sponsors and drive value-centric partnerships.
  • Partner with Sales, gTech, and Product teams to identify opportunities, remove roadblocks, and modernize data infrastructure for advanced AI solutions.
  • Drive high adoption of foundational data solutions including GA4, Enhanced Conversions (EC), and Google Tag Gateway (GTG) for agencies and partners.
  • Establish and execute a long-term data strategy and roadmap, ensuring strong data quality through first-party data (1PD) activation methods such as Value-Based Bidding (VBB), Customer Match, and Store Visits.
