Account Executive, EMEA Apps, New Business (English, Hebrew)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in the apps and gaming industry within sales and exceeding quota attainment.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support clients in the specific market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Experience planning and delivering compelling proposals and media plans with effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with Google Ads and other mobile advertising channels or social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment.
  • Strong data analytics and technical skills, working knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), first-party measurement software development kits (SDKs) (Firebase, FB SDK), SKAN etc.
  • Building a pipeline through prospecting and cold calling new app customers.

As a part of the Google’s New Business Sales team, you will work with a group of highly-skilled professionals whose focus is on engaging and obtaining high potential advertisers, and subsequently persuading them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products (YouTube, Google Ads and the Google Display Network) into their current marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline of app business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new app clients.
  • Acquire high-value app business deals strategically through outbound prospecting, cold calling, pitching and closing.
  • Consult with clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals utilizing the full suite of Google’s apps marketing solutions.
  • Design marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for customers.
  • Deliver consistently against strategic goals while prioritizing and providing an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers across EMEA.
