About the job

The Technical Risk Management (TRM) organization is forging a Privacy, Compliance, and Risk practice at Google. Within TRM, our SDLC Governance program is dedicated to fundamentally transforming how Google manages technical risk across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) while significantly accelerating launch velocity.

To achieve this, we are building agentic capabilities to scale our operations, shift risk detection left, and streamline release clearance. You will help lead the transition from traditional, manual review workflows to continuous, automated systems that proactively verify compliance across the development and launch lifecycle and allow us to strategically focus our de-risking efforts.

You will collaborate closely with fellow PMs, Software Engineers, UX designers, Risk Experts, and partner product teams across Google. This is a unique opportunity to define product strategy for agentic governance, build trust with our partners, ensure Google effectively manages its key risks, and shape the future of automated governance at scale.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Write clear product specs, define success metrics and evaluation rubrics, and partner closely with Engineering and UX to determine optimal technical implementation and integration into core developer and launch workflows.
  • Partner closely with Privacy Engineers, Legal, and risk practitioners to decompose complex regulatory and policy requirements into actionable technical specifications, automated checks, and agentic workflows.
