As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.
In this role, you will empower employees with enterprise expertise by building agents that integrate Gemini’s advanced reasoning, Google-quality search, and proprietary data. You will lead the design process from problem-solving and ideation to the execution of user-centered conceptual models and prototypes while collaborating closely with Engineering, PMs, and UX Research to validate concepts.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead the design of visionary AI tools that redefine how billions of people create, share, and manage information.
- Transform Gemini capabilities into intuitive, consumer-grade workplace experiences that prioritize craft and empathy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to explore problem spaces and identify high-impact opportunities for AI innovation.
- Drive the full design lifecycle from initial ideation to final execution, ensuring every solution is deeply user-centered.
- Develop conceptual models and prototypes to communicate ideas and leverage UX research to validate design decisions.
