Beam Partner Marketing Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in partner, product or growth marketing working across one or more marketing fields.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior partner marketing experience with OEMs, technology partners or AV resellers, including experience developing compelling partner assets, messaging, and narratives.
  • Experience, including managing partners, external creative agencies, or event vendors and high level of organization, and strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated skill designing end-to-end marketing strategy and full funnel integrated marketing campaigns, including above and below the line marketing, retail, and partner media.
  • Demonstrated talent at building collaborative relationships with a variety of teams and job functions including business development, product management, brand marketing, and external partner teams.

About the job

As a Google Beam Partner Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence how we build and scale a brand new business at Google. You will work with Google Beam OEMs, technology partners and resellers to develop and execute marketing campaign strategies, driving demand for and adoption of Google Beam in the commercial segment. You will have a strong understanding of commercial business models and will be a Google brand, supporting planning, management and execution of co-marketing initiatives with Google’s biggest partners. This is an external facing role, therefore, you must have strong communication, organizational and presentation skills including being decisive and having a team mindset.

Powered by realistic state-of-the-art 3D imaging and spatial audio and integrated with today’s leading remote video platforms, Google Beam enables you to be immersed in the moment, together. As a part of the Google Beam team, you'll work with incredible teammates across all major functions in a fast-paced product-oriented environment. Your contributions will have an impact on the future of communications with Google products. You will apply technology to solve that really important problem that we often want to be together and we can’t.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationship with our key Google Beam OEM and technology partners, driving the development of successful, value-add co-marketing programs.
  • Develop Audio/Visual (AV) reseller marketing motion, establishing funding model and enabling this channel to drive demand for and adoption of Google Beam.
  • Balance deep partner engagements and co-marketing executions with the development of scalable global solutions developing a long-tail reseller model as the ecosystem matures.
  • Work with both product marketing and partner managers to ensure that the Google Beam message and value prop is being successfully amplified through partners.
  • Support internal and partner event planning, including content creation, speaker planning, booth setup and device logistics.
