About the job

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM), you will be part of the APMM Program, Google’s global program for early career marketers. During your time in the program, you will work on priority marketing projects in your organization, develop a breadth of marketing skills, join a strong community of peers and alumni, and be supported by dedicated mentors and senior leaders. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ongoing insights and conduct rigorous performance reviews of the business, acquisition funnel, and diverse marketing channels (paid, owned, and agentic). Leverage these data-driven insights to drive short-, mid-, and long-term acquisitions marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage a command of AI tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and scale personalized marketing efforts. Apply AI-enabled solutions to optimize daily workflows and extract deeper insights.
  • Run APAC Ads Acquisitions & Scaled Marketing performance tracking, budgeting, and operational workflows. Apply strong analytical accuracy to evaluate SMB growth across segments to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews, and translate complex data into growth initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis of internal and external data to identify and validate "white space" growth opportunities. Architect use cases leveraging AI and/or clear GTM motions to test hypotheses around those opportunities.
