Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng cử nhân trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế tương đương.
- Kinh nghiệm phát triển, triển khai chiến lược kiểm thử sản xuất và tối ưu hóa quy trình kiểm thử.
Preferred qualifications:
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản lý chương trình kỹ thuật, kỹ thuật kiểm thử trung tâm hoặc tương đương.
- Kinh nghiệm kiểm thử phần cứng, xử lý sự cố, tối ưu chi phí vốn và phân tích lỗi.
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm liên chức năng, phối hợp với nhà sản xuất thiết bị gốc trong sản xuất điện tử tiêu dùng.
- Khả năng phân tích dữ liệu và lập kế hoạch hành động.
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Trung để quản lý các bên liên quan.

Responsibilities
- Quản lý trạm kiểm thử, đảm bảo tiến độ, mức độ sẵn sàng, kiểm soát rủi ro.
- Xây dựng chiến lược, tối ưu quy trình kiểm thử trên dây chuyền sản xuất, xử lý đa luồng, lắp ráp cụm linh kiện, kiểm định và đóng gói.
- Cải thiện tỷ lệ sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu, giảm kiểm thử lại và xử lý sự cố.
- Phối hợp với nhà sản xuất về quy trình kiểm thử, đồ gá, thời gian chu kỳ, sản lượng và cân bằng dây chuyền; quản lý tiến độ kỹ thuật kiểm thử.
- Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp và kỹ sư để xây dựng độ bao phủ kiểm thử, đánh giá thiết kế, kiểm soát quy trình và xác nhận trước khi sản xuất thử nghiệm.
