Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree with 6 years of experience in consulting, Go-To-Market (GTM), Strategy and Operations, or payments experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including data manipulation, data analysis, and basic SQL knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in "0 to 1" settings, driving complex, high-visibility, and ambiguous cross-functional projects to completion without letting details slip.
  • Ability to manage new subject areas as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), proactively unblocking obstacles and anticipating project needs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management alongside executive communication and deck-creation skills.

About the job

The YouTube Business GTM team is responsible for driving all go-to-market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team shapes go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly, enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, and building excellent go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data, reports, dashboards). This team combines strategic, operational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic expert for YouTube’s enterprise payments, addressing complexity and ambiguity at scale. You will leverage analytical skills to diagnose issues, build automated technical infrastructure to scale resolutions, and drive continuous improvement. By building trusted relationships with key cross-functional partners, you will proactively manage risks, unblock obstacles, and present strategic recommendations directly to senior leadership.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $178000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Dive into complex, ambiguous situations particularly large-scale payments using data and queries to size opportunities, conduct root-cause analyses, assess risks, and drive swift execution.
  • Craft framework-driven recommendations and presents findings to senior leadership with minimal guidance.
  • Anticipate roadblocks, proactively flag risks, and ensure seamless communication across a highly matrixed environment.
  • Build trusted relationships across BD, Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering to unblock obstacles and resolve complex issues.
  • Become a SME in YouTube's enterprise payment models, building automated processes and dashboards to scale resolution and drive continual improvement.
