Senior Analytical Lead, Retail B2B

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working closely with key stakeholders, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.
  • Experience with online advertising (Search, Display, Video/Connected TV (CTV), offline advertising (TV, in person, etc.) website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) or brand analysis techniques.
  • Experience performing marketing experiments, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analyses.
  • Familiarity with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Experiments, Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), incrementality, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings via presentations or dashboards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As the Analytical Lead (AL) for the B2B business, you will lead the measurement and experimentation strategy for one of the world's most sophisticated Search advertisers during a moment of profound industry transformation. You will develop a deep understanding of customer business goals and consult on critical data science and testing priorities, collaborating cross-functionally to generate meaningful growth.

In this role, you will need a business-owner mindset, staying curious and creative in finding opportunities to prove Google's value. You will translate complex data sets into clear, captivating narratives to ensure your analysis captivates decision makers and drives real-world business success.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. US: $124000 - $181000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Design experimentation roadmaps that clearly demonstrate how Google media investments drive tangible business growth for our clients, blending deep analytical thinking with real-world business context to maximize success.
  • Develop and nurture trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to guide clients through complex measurement challenges and influence media optimizations.
  • Surface insights proactively by transforming datasets into actionable market analyses that reveal new avenues for business expansion, communicating with clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with various audiences.
  • Own the sales cycle for key measurement & testing capabilities to drive incremental customer outcomes and adoption of Google's solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional teamwork, mentor colleagues, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional, client-winning results.
