Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of human resources experience
- 10 years of experience as an HR business partner supporting a technology organization
- 5 years of experience supporting a global remit
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree
- 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles setting strategy, designing and executing complex people programs of global scope and leading organizations through periods of significant change
- Experience supporting data infrastructure, AI, or Cloud-based product or engineering teams
- Experience leading large-scale transformation, either within a people function or in the business
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, coaching & advising senior leaders, and effectively challenging when appropriate
- Strong executive communication skills, and the ability to clearly communicate complex change

As the lead People Partner Director for our Google Data Cloud organization, you will be a strategic multiplier for the teams responsible for the products that enable and complement Google’s differentiated Data Cloud offerings. Data Cloud consists of products across Data Analytics, Database, and Business Intelligence, and is one of the fastest growing areas in Google Cloud, with an extensive portfolio of leading products in databases, data analytics, data transformation, and visualization.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $264000 - $366000 (USD) + 30% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to drive business strategies and outcomes for Google’s Data Cloud organization.
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution, while all organizations and functions are undergoing a massive transformation.
- Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
- Leverage emerging AI tooling to solve complex problems, through the design and implementation of solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
- Provide deep credible expertise as a strategic thought partner to technical leaders in the areas of organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership effectiveness, organizational transformation, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
