Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in business intelligence, sales operations, data analytics, management consulting, or a related commercial strategy role.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering), MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in data analytics, including SQL, BigQuery, advanced spreadsheet macros, or managing database structures.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or developer tools to automate manual operations and scale workflows.
  • Experience managing end-to-end commercial business operations, program management, or strategic planning workstreams.

The Top Partner Program focuses on Google’s most strategic partners to bring together the best of Google/Alphabet to drive sustainable, transformational partnerships and unlock partners’ business and transformation objectives. The Central Top Partners Strategy and Operations team operates in a highly cross-functional manner to enable and empower the Top Partner Program to capture the cross-product area opportunity, streamline cross-functional collaboration, and evolve its operations.

As the Business Intelligence and Operations Manager, you will lead the development and deployment of business intelligence capabilities across the Top Partner Program, steward core operational processes, and drive strategic projects. You will build relationships with stakeholders across the organization including partner managers, industry leads, GP Studio, GP Transformation, Strategy and Operations, and Finance connecting business goals and team needs to operational realities to identify and deliver the right approach.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy business intelligence capabilities to enable portfolio optimization decisions, day-to-day team management, and partner whitespace identification.
  • Collaborate across Top Partners Strategy and Operations, GP Studio, and GP Transformation to deliver optimal tools, integrations, and agentic processes that maximize impact.
  • Partner with industry leads, cross-product area stakeholders, and Finance to develop and track targeted key performance indicators.
  • Manage key Top Partner Program operational processes, including objective and key results (OKR) grading, headcount/resource allocation, and operating expense management.
  • Conduct strategic analyses and drive ad hoc strategic projects to evolve operations.
