While working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve big picture challenges.

Global Business Organization (GBO) Finance leaders ensure Google makes sound business decisions. We are hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to lead the strategic agenda for YouTube+ Ads within the EMEA Large Customer Sales (LCS) business—high-visibility growth engine.

As a Senior Financial Analyst for YouTube+, you will partner with Leaders in Go-to-Market (GTM) and LCS Leadership to drive the growth and strategy of our YouTube+ business. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between finance, commercial structure, and sales partnerships. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and can synthesize sophisticated financial analyses into crisp, executive-ready insights and presentations. By building strong, collaborative relationships across regional and global teams, you will help align stakeholders and drive execution on strategic initiatives.

The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end investigative framework for YouTube+, developing strategic insights to steer the EMEA LCS business.
