About the job

The Business Technology team is a part of YouTube Go To Market Solutions. We focus on the business of YouTube, ensuring the YouTube business organization can evolve at the speed of YouTube. We provide the tools and systems that deliver the information, capabilities, and insights necessary to help our partners — and YouTube — continue to grow.

At YouTube, our core business systems are not back-office utilities, they are the intelligent engine powering a global creative economy. As the Manager of Product in YouTube Technology and Insights (T&I), you will sit directly at the epicenter of an organization committed to defining what an AI-first business enterprise looks like at Google scale.

In this role, you will have an extraordinary charter: to architect and execute the AI-driven transformation of YouTube’s mission-critical business platforms. Your domain spans the end-to-end Go-to-Market portfolio, interconnecting Enterprise Support, Creator and Customer Success, Global Partnerships, and Business Intelligence. Every platform decision you make directly impacts how billions of viewers consume content, millions of creators build their livelihoods, and thousands of GTM team members drive commercial growth.

You will not simply experiment with AI on the fringes; you will operationalize production-grade Agentic AI, large-scale predictive models, and Next-Gen AI into the daily fabric of YouTube’s operations. By shifting our systems from reactive to proactive, autonomous, and self-healing intelligence, you will establish the benchmark for enterprise AI across Google. Supported by a high-caliber team of Product Leads and grounded in a servant-leadership, "OneTeam" culture, you will bridge Google research with real-world operational execution, transforming how YouTube serves its users, partners, and business.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
