About the job
The GP Sellside Monetization team’s outlook is to fund global information access by empowering digital platforms, properties, and content creators. We enrich an open, healthy ecosystem through trusted products and partnerships, leveraging our reach, unique insights, and people.
Within this organization, the Latam team drives Google’s growth with Latin American publishers of all sizes across web, app, and video platforms. We deliver tailored monetization solutions using flagship products such as AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager.
In your day-to-day role, you will lead a high-performing sales team specializing in traditional publishing, media and entertainment, and commerce partnerships. Your principal objective is to achieve revenue and product targets within a managed portfolio of channel partners and resellers. Simultaneously, you will drive revenue from a pipeline of new business prospects across web, app, and CTV platforms. You will collaborate with peers on the Latin America leadership team to shape a strategic onboarding approach for these new partners.
As an active leader, you will engage directly in critical partner discussions and negotiations, while regularly attending meetings to provide consultative selling coaching to your team. Because Latin American partners present distinct market needs, you will also serve as their primary advocate—communicating local requirements to global cross-functional peers and securing the support needed to build tailored products and features. Through this multifaceted approach, you will foster long-term partner success and solidify Google’s regional growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and coach a high-performing team of 8+ FTEs, fulfilling all core manager responsibilities.
- Achieve business goals across a managed portfolio of channel partners, resellers, and new business accounts.
- Deliver key P0 and P1 product commitments, spanning platform agreements, data activation, and ecosystem health.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with top Latam partners and prospects through strategic expertise and relationship management.
- Drive overall Latam Sellside strategy as a leadership team member while representing the region in global channel and new business forums.
