Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

In this high-visibility role, you will lead cross-functional alignment across Product Strategy, BD, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to translate strategic priorities into clear operational execution.

You will advocate business momentum by orchestrating key executive forums (including the Weekly Business Review), establishing rigorous performance cadences, and building driver-based subscriber models that synthesize first-party, third-party, and marketing signals. You will act as an essential commercial and operational partner—bridging cross-functional workstreams, unlocking growth levers, and ensuring shared accountability across leaders to maximize subscriber acquisition and retention.

Google One (G1) is Google's membership for personal cloud storage and Google's cutting-edge AI features. G1 is one of Google's fastest growing subscriptions, with over 150 million subscribers. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact team, shaping the future of our subscriber experiences, premium features and business growth initiatives.
