Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (Spanish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate deep, long-term Board/Agency-level relationships, positioning Google as an essentially, especially in adverse conditions.
    Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that deliver critical client objectives, balancing immediate wins with sustained growth.
  • Lead with a consultant mindset to anticipate needs, leveraging Google's full suite of Artificial Intelligence solutions (e.g., Video, Display, Search, Mobile, and Display and Video 360) to optimize advertising investments and deliver exceptional efficiency and profitability.
  • Advocate internal and external thought leadership on Consumer Packaged Goods' future, operational discipline, and Google Artificial Intelligence. Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver holistic digital strategies, setting the goals for how clients effectively reach and engage millions of users.
  • Apply strong investigative abilities and market intelligence to continuously uncover business needs, demonstrating the tangible impact of our offerings to drive client growth.
