Partnerships Development Associate, YouTube, gReach Program for People with Disabilities or Veterans (장애인 or 보훈대상자) (Korean)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex partnerships.
  • Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, media/entertainment, or technology industries.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

About the job

The gReach Program is a paid upskilling program for early career and industry professionals (with less than 5 years of working experience) with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

gReach Associates will be placed in teams across different product areas. Participants will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further sharpen their professional skills. gReach Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions. We welcome aspiring individuals who are willing to grow as professionals through the learning experience at Google.

As a gReach Associate, you will work on one large project, complete a few smaller projects, or do the day-to-day work to support the business. You will contribute to the business, collaborate with others, and have the opportunity to add long-lasting value beyond the conclusion of their gReach program. You will closely work with a host manager and team members who will help identify project goals, while also inspiring, mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, and manage strategic partnerships with entities of all sizes.
  • Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across rapidly changing industries.
  • Ideate and drive complex agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives.
  • Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
