Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng cử nhân hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế tương đương.
- Kinh nghiệm phát triển kiểm thử tự động cho sản phẩm điện tử.
- Kinh nghiệm về kiểm thử sản xuất và làm việc với các nhà sản xuất theo hợp đồng (Contract Manufacturers).
- Có kinh nghiệm với LabVIEW cơ bản.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong vị trí Kỹ sư thử nghiệm sản xuất (dự án sản xuất thiết bị điện tử) hoặc tương đương.
- Kinh nghiệm điện tử tiêu dùng: Điện, Sóng vô tuyến, Âm thanh, Màn hình, Camera, Đo tín hiệu hoặc Thiết bị đo.
- Kinh nghiệm sản xuất hàng loạt, thành thạo phân tích thống kê GRR và Cpk.
- Khả năng phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ lỗi phần cứng, hệ thống hoặc phần mềm.
- Khả năng thiết kế, thực hiện chiến lược kiểm thử đúng tiến độ.
- Khả năng thảo luận tiếng Anh.

Responsibilities
- Lập kế hoạch, phát triển kịch bản kiểm thử sản phẩm mới; tối ưu hóa kịch bản hiện tại để tăng sản lượng và giảm thời gian kiểm thử.
- Phối hợp với nhóm thiết kế sản phẩm, kỹ thuật phần mềm nhúng để đánh giá hiệu suất, chỉ số kiểm thử và chuyển giao sản phẩm sang sản xuất.
- Phối hợp thiết kế đồ gá, hệ thống kiểm thử sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo độ bao phủ tính năng và kết quả chính xác.
- Đóng góp phản hồi thiết kế tối ưu cho sản xuất và kiểm thử cho bộ phận phát triển.
- Làm việc với quản lý dự án và nhà sản xuất hợp đồng để bảo đảm đủ năng lực kiểm thử cho các đợt sản xuất thử nghiệm và hàng loạt.
