Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience working as a sales engineer, technical consultant, or in a customer-facing role within cloud computing, professional services, or systems engineering.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field.
- Experience with on-premise and cloud based mail delivery, routing, and filtering technologies.
- Experience in mobile device management and relevant third-party integrations.
- Experience with cloud security, including identity and access management (IAM), SSO, OAuth and 2-step verification.
- Experience piloting or advising on complex, large-scale digital transformation initiatives, with a proven track record of identifying opportunities for business process automation and translating technical capabilities into measurable business value for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in French fluently to manage client relationships in the region.

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers guiding their digital transformation journeys, proactively identifying key business processes for automation and building compelling, value-driven business cases to gain buy-in from business and technical stakeholders.
- Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise product integrations in customer/partner environments.
- Share in-depth Agentic Workplace Transformation expertise covering Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to support the technical relationship with Google Cloud’s enterprise customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Cloud.
- Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
- Manage secondary market coverage for the EMEA South and MENAT regions.
