Staff Interaction Designer, Search Personalization

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience building and designing AI-powered consumer products or features.
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools and workflows for prototyping and interface exploration.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
- Experience designing for consumer native mobile applications for iOS or Android.

Responsibilities
- Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
- Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.
- Deliver continuous launches to Search personalization that accrue significant impact to users and business over time through sustained product improvements.
- Deliver compelling insights and product solutions that provoke strategy and empower the organization with clear conviction and direction for a future AI-personalized Search.
- Deliver rapid ideation, influence, concept design, and evaluation.
