Google Cloud Admin Console - Support Widget

Description:

Google Cloud Contact Support widgets experienced elevated errors and were unavailable in the Admin Console for 6 hours, 5 minutes. From preliminary analysis, the root cause of the issue is due to a rollout of the UI server.

Customer Impact:

Google Workspace customers were unable to create support cases via the Support Widget in the Admin Console.

Additional details:
The issue was fully resolved on 10 February 2022 at 04:05 US/Pacific after a rollback of the change was completed.

Feb 10, 2022 11:09 a.m. UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Workspace Support affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by Feb 10, 2022, 12:06 p.m. UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are unable to access Google Workspace Support, but we've provided a workaround below.

We are experiencing an issue with the Contact Support Widget in the Admin Console not loading for users.
