The issue with new Workspace case creation has been resolved as of Wednesday, 2022-03-16 10:05 PM UTC.

Any customers who previously experienced issues with Workspace case creation can now open support cases.

Customers may experience issues with case creation

The issue is affecting Workspace case creation through chat, phone and Customer Care Portal.

Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team. The mitigation is expected to complete by Wednesday, 2022-03-16 11:15 PM UTC

Customers can use https://support.google.com/a/contact/default_new_reg_v1 to create support cases.

Customers may experience additional delays getting support on new cases.
