The issue with creation of comments in Google Workspace Customer Care Portal has been resolved for all users. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

Google Workspace Customer Care Portal is experiencing an issue with comments creation. Users can create comments, but they will see an error and won't be able to see the comment (or any comments) in the feed.
